United Nations Federal Credit Union (UNFCU) provides financial services for the global UN community. The majority of UNFCU members live outside the United States. As Content Strategist/Copywriter, my responsibilities included consumer financial education: Making complex banking information simple and easy-to-understand, especially for non-native English speakers. This content included website copy, videos, infographics, and presentations for in-person seminars and webinars.
NE State Tourism
Early in my career, I had a side gig as a contributing editor for a lifestyle magazine, writing long-form essays. When the client or campaign requires longer stories, I am happy to oblige.
For example, each year for three years, I wrote a long-form piece for Nebraska State Tourism. These magazine inserts were part of larger, integrated campaigns I wrote, which included print, direct mail, radio, TV, OOH, and speeches delivered by the state governor and lieutenant governor.

Laminate Works, a B2B contract manufacturer for the furniture and building industries, hired me to write blog posts and white papers.

Palmolive
Online Video
I wrote an entire digital campaign showcasing Iron Chef Cat Cora and her partnership with Palmolive dish detergent. Online video was integral, including a cooking demo for delish Garlic & Herb Roasted Chicken.
Pre Roll Video Scripts
Mosaic Life Care, a hospital system in the Mayo Clinic Care Network, recognized the storytelling opportunities presented by online video (pre-roll ads, as well as stand alone). I was hired to develop and write several campaigns, including this one. These videos encourage wellness visits for the whole family.
