CADILLAC

For three years, it was my great privilege to be the online voice for an American icon. As the Associate Creative Director - Copy, I was responsible for copy across the gorgeous behemoth that is Cadillac.com. I managed a small team of copywriters while writing a lion’s share myself. During my time, I wrote the annual product pages for each vehicle in the Cadillac portfolio at least once, plus content for Cadillac Racing and special projects, such as Concept Vehicles. I wrote the digital launch materials for LYRIQ, the first Cadillac EV, and others new to market: CELESTIQ and OPTIQ.

My optimization efforts helped elevate the Cadillac site from 12th to 3rd in one year, as determined by the J.D. Power U.S. Manufacturer 2024 Website Evaluation Study.

Cadillac has a single brand voice, calibrated for different audiences based on the specific vehicle. One of my favorites to write, V-Series rings with sophisticated swagger.

CELESTIQ is a concept car come to life, a bespoke ultra-luxury EV designed to be the new flagship of Cadillac. I was tasked with helping create the tone and voice, then writing the digital launch for both the public-facing and VIP audiences. The project won top honors for WEBSITE at the 2023 D Show.

Throughout my career, I have written websites for brands of all sizes in many verticals, including CPG, durable goods, consumer tech, financial services, and healthcare.

Henry Doorly Zoo

This membership campaign doubled as an announcement for the zoo’s new IMAX theatre. What better way to convey screen size than with animals.

Beesponsible

Beesponsible actively promotes green living and the welfare of bees. I wrote an advocacy campaign of five emails, each designed to be downloaded and forwarded to lawmakers and community leaders. The most important, an email urging support of H.R. 1337 Saving America’s Pollinators Act of 2019, was also posted on the Beesponsible site to make forwarding even easier.
